Placement for Medicaid Facilities

If you meet Medicaid’s financial eligibility requirements, the program will pay for all or some of skilled nursing or assisted living care.

Annual Medicaid Reviews

Medicaid renewal for seniors must occur at least once every 12 months. This redetermination process ensures you are still eligible to receive Medicaid benefits.

Medicaid Estate Recovery

The rules to the Medicaid Estate Recovery Program (MERP) are complex, and in many instances, you might not be able to protect your estate. However, advanced planning with a professional may be able to protect some or all of your assets. Additionally we help you with the Estate Recovery process after your loved one passes away.

Healthcare Plans

Seniors have multiple options when it comes to medical insurance, and with the rising costs of healthcare, having just one plan might not provide sufficient coverage. Sonya will refer you to a licensed agent should that be necessary.
